# Manage submissions

### Table Overview

Each row represents one subscription:

* **Subscriber** - Customer email
* **Phone** - Phone number (if collected)
* **Product** - Product name
* **Variant** - Subscribed variant
* **Status** - Email status (Email pending / Email sent)
* **Email last sent** - Date notification was sent
* **Subscribed date** - Date of subscription

Clicking a subscriber’s email opens the **Subscription Details** panel.

### Subscription Details

Displays full information about the subscription.

* **Product:** Shows the subscribed product and variant.
* **Subscriber**
  * Email
  * Status (Active / Inactive)
  * Notification sent (Yes / No)
  * Subscribed at (timestamp)
* **Form data:** Displays how the customer submitted the request.
* **Note:** Internal note for merchants.
* Click **Save** to update.

## Top Actions

Located at the top right of the Submissions page.

* **Products view**
  * Switches the table to group subscriptions by product instead of individual subscribers.
  * Helps you quickly see how many customers are waiting per product.
* **Export**
  * Downloads the subscription list as a CSV file.
  * Useful for reporting or importing into external email marketing tools.
* **Add subscriber**
  * Manually add a customer email to receive a notification for a specific product and variant.
  * Useful for requests coming from chat, email, or support.
