To enable Preorder, navigate to the Pre-orders settings and select products for your campaign.

  1. Theme Activation: ensure the app is activated on your theme. and click save.

  2. Product Selection: Select your desired products and enable Preorder in the app dashboard.

This may be due to theme compatibility or incomplete activation. Please verify that the app is properly enabled and the product is configured for Preorder.

Our app supports multiple payment options for preorders:

  1. Full payment upfront

  2. Partial payment/deposit

Configure your preferred payment method in the Payment Settings section of your campaigns.

You can easily track preorders in two ways:

  1. In your Shopify Order dashboard, look for orders with the tag Dotsy Preorder

  2. In the Orders section of our app, view a comprehensive list of all preorders with payment status and fulfillment information

This makes it simple to monitor preorder status and ensure timely fulfillment when items are in stock.

Email notifications for preorders are configurable:

  • Default Setting: Notifications are turned off by default to prevent customer spam

  • Enable Notifications: You can enable email notifications in the Settings page
