Manage order

The Orders page allows you to manage and track all customer order that including your preorder campaign items.

Overview

On this page, you can:

  • View all orders in one place.

  • Filter orders by payment status, fulfillment status, and refunds.

  • See order details such as order number, customer email, payment status, ...

Order Filters

You can use the tabs at the top to quickly filter orders:

  • All – Displays every order regardless of payment or fulfillment status.

  • Paid – Fully paid orders.

  • Unpaid – Orders awaiting payment.

  • Partial payment – Orders where customers have paid a deposit but not the full amount.

  • Refund – Orders that have been refunded.

  • Fulfillment – Orders that are fulfilled.

  • Unfulfillment – Orders that have not been fulfilled yet.


Payment Status

  • Paid – Full payment received.

  • Unpaid – Payment not received yet.

  • Partially paid – A deposit has been received, and the remaining balance will be collected later.


Fulfillment Status

  • Fulfilled – Order items have been shipped or delivered.

  • Unfulfilled – Order items are pending shipment.


Tips for Managing Orders

  • Use the Partial payment filter to track which preorder customers still need to complete payment.

  • Always check Unfulfilled orders regularly to ensure timely shipment.

  • You can click on an order number to view full details, update status, or manage payments.
